Since being bought by Raja, supplies are often not available, but you don't know that until you receive the shipment. More items are being shipped directly from manufacturer very slowly, so taking much longer to receive items

Not the viking they used to be. Rang them up a few days after a delivery failed to show. Apparently the cartons were damaged to the courier sent them straight back to Viking and made no attempt to deliver. It wasn't until I chased that Viking that they attempted to sort this out, otherwise they would have just left it as pending. They're solution, rather than just send out a new package was to cancel the order, credit the card, and play a new order on invoice. So far we have still not received the credit, and they send keep sending us invoices to pay, which we shan't until the original credit comes through.
I'd already vowed last year not to use them again. Wish I'd stuck to my guns.

Unsustainable claims about increase in paper costs

The way Viking deal with refunds and pick-ups for returned items is shocking.

Great service as always, but just disappointed that I could not get the Headphones I wanted as a free gift, because you were out of stock. I asked if they came back in to stock, if I could reserve one instead, but I could not do this either. Real shame.
